About David F. Moore

David F. Moore, a University at Albany graduate, prioritizes understanding his clients’ aspirations alongside their needs, offering informed options for their financial goals. Focusing on retirement, estate planning, and long-term care, his conservative and unbiased approach aims to instill confidence in clients. Holding Series 7 and 63 securities licenses alongside CFP® and CLU® designations, David provides unparalleled customer service. Partnering with his son Micah T. Moore, he pairs industry expertise with effective communication skills.

David is a 1976 graduate of the University at Albany. In that same year he married his wife, Sara. David primarily focuses on getting to know his clients, honing in on not just their needs, but also what they want to accomplish. He often informs his clients about options they may never have considered for their stated goals. He wants to help them develop confidence, based on reality, that they are on the right track to accomplish their goals for retirement income, estate planning, legacy & gift planning, and protecting against the costs of long-term care. David’s approach is conservative and unbiased. It’s with comfort, dedication, and an unparalleled level of customer service that David works to help clients. He attained his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, holds the CFP® and CLU® designations and is also health and life insurance licensed in multiple states.

The largest benefit for David’s clients comes from his partnership with his son Micah. Micah combines industry knowledge with great communication skills developed as a teacher, coach, husband an father of 3 sons. Outside of work, you can find David spending time with his wife, their three adult sons, their wives and his seven grandchildren. He is an avid reader, enjoys working on his wooded property and is involved in his local church.
