Overview
During his business school studies, Russ developed a keen interest in personal finance and took steps to transition from healthcare to financial planning, with a focus on retirement planning, wealth building, and helping people achieve their money goals. Russ helps clients develop and implement holistic plans to meet their objectives.
Experience/Career
Prior to becoming a financial professional, Russ spent 15 years in the healthcare industry. He spent nearly 9 years in the Air Force Medical Service at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center in San Antonio, as both a Surgical Technologist and Clinical Operations Manager. Russ and his family moved back to WNY in 2016 where he continued his career in Healthcare Administration and Leadership, most recently as a Director within the Roswell Park Care Network.
Family/Interests
Russ lives with his wife and kids in Pendleton and enjoys spending time with friends and family. He enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, and rooting for the Bills and Sabres.

Aside from Retirement and Investment Planning, Russ is a Dave Ramsey trained Master Financial Coach, and helps clients develop and implement plans to eliminate debt, save, and build wealth.
