Director of Corporate Retirement Plans
Jeff Fine is the Director of Corporate Retirement Plans for the Financial Guys. Mr. Fine has been involved with the securities industry managing client assets since 2000. The Financial Guys, LLC ®. Is an investment division managing over $800 million in client assets.
After graduating from the University of Maryland in 1994, Jeff started his career in banking and lending. While working with the individuals he represented, Jeff realized he could make a more impactful difference in people’s lives by working with them to address their investment needs and goals. It was at this time, in 2ooo, that he began working with Salomon Smith Barney as a Financial Advisor. It was also at this time that he began working with corporate clients, some of which were the biggest in the world. Since that time, Jeffrey has continued a focus of meeting the corporate needs of his clients by creating platforms that benefit all of a company’s employees.
Jeffrey joined Morgan Stanley, serving as both a Sales and Branch Manager in New York City and Southern California. It was this experience that enabled him to see all sides of the investment management business and one that helped tremendously to develop a true understanding of the unique needs of corporate clients nationwide.
After making a decision to leave “Wall Street”, Jeff and his family moved to Buffalo, NY. It was in Buffalo that he founded Fine Wealth Management with a focus of operating on a truly independent platform for his clients. Jeff was then introduced to Mike Lomas and Glenn Wiggle. Glenn and Mike had formed The Financial Guys to provide a broad range of financial services using a team approach. By developing a network of accountants, attorneys, and related specialists, they would be able to better serve all the financial needs of their clients. After speaking about their respective business, investment, and client service philosophies, it was evident that the combination of Glenn, Mike, and Jeff working together could offer substantial value and benefit to the valued corporate clients, and their respective employees, of the Financial Guys. It was these beliefs that became the blueprint for the Financial Guys Corporate Retirement Plan division.
Jeff also appears regularly on the Financial Guys Radio Program, heard on AM 930 WBEN throughout Western New York. The radio show, on air since 1999, is the longest running business talk show in the area. The show discusses topics ranging from current breaking news, investments and local and national political happenings.
Jeff resides in Williamsville with his wife and son. He can often be found volunteering his time coaching and supporting youth sports throughout the Buffalo area.
