Nannette graduated high school and immediately went to work for her mother, Charmaine Kaes while attending college. She worked with her for several years handling the administrative side of the 401K business.
Nannette took some time off from her professional career to start a family and become a stay at home mom for her four beautiful children, who have recently made her a grandmother.
After some life-changing events, Nannette decided to enter the workforce again and continue to work at Compensation Services Inc. with Charmaine. It has been one of the best decisions of her life. Nannette loves interacting with people and helping them in any way she can.
Nannette handles all administrative aspects of a 401K Plan from plan design, plan documents, annual reports, employee withdrawals, termination requests, IRS 5500 filings, plan testing, RMD calculations, and distributions. She enjoys the close and personal relationships that I have made over the years with her clients. Taking the time to listen helps Nannette fulfill their individual needs and keep their plan running smoothly.
Nannette and Charmaine have recently moved into the Financial Guys office building, which has been a fantastic experience to work with such talented people. She looks forward to growing the business and continuing to learn every facet of this business. Nannette is currently working on her Life Accident and Health License, along with Series 6 and 63, to better and more extensively assist all of her current and future clients.
