Second Annual Super Cruise vs. Cancer Raises Big for Wings Flights of Hope

This marked the second year of The Financial Guys Cruise Night, and thanks to this incredible community, we made it bigger than ever before.

Second Annual Super Cruise vs. Cancer Raises Big for Wings Flights of Hope

On behalf of The Financial Guys, we’d like to thank everyone who came out and made our Super Cruise vs. Cancer such an incredible success. As a community, we raised $16,000 for Wings Flights of Hope in loving memory of Max Williams (GO MAX). Every car, every raffle ticket, every donation, every helping hand showed support and made a real difference. Moreover, seeing our community come together to honor Max’s legacy and support Wings Flights of Hope was something we’ll never forget.

Our Biggest Year Yet

This marked the second year of The Financial Guys Cruise Night, and thanks to this incredible community, we made it bigger than ever before. From the very first idea to the final raffle draw, The Financial Guys, in collaboration with Lancaster Motorplex, Wings Flights of Hope, and GO MAX, were proud to facilitate and organize the entire cruise show. In addition, by bringing together the sponsors, vendors, and entertainment, they got the whole event rolling and turned it into the can’t-miss night it’s become. Watching it grow so much in just our second year has us more excited than ever for the years to come.

A Night Full of Cars, Community, and Fun

Raffle table featuring signed merchandise from the ELITE Motorsports team, a signed Sabres Tuch jersey, and a signed Shaun Dolac  LA Rams jersey

The night featured hundreds of cruisers showing off their rides, a beer tent, drag-racing events, a 50/50, and a giveaway raffle featuring signed jerseys from the ELITE Motorsports team. Also, guests enjoyed face painting by Claire of Faraway Face Painting, a performance by the BFLO Cheerleaders, food trucks, and the always lively DJ Fullblast. This made it a true community celebration from start to finish.

Events like this don’t happen without a village behind them. A huge thank you to Lancaster Motorplex for hosting us and helping make this event happen. Their support was a big part of what made the night possible.

Honoring Max’s Legacy

Wings Flights of Hope provides free air transportation to patients traveling for medical treatment, and every dollar raised helps them continue that mission. Max’s spirit was felt everywhere you looked, in the roar of the engines and the cheers at the drag strip. Additionally, the generosity of everyone who attended and donated to a cause bigger than any one of us was inspiring.

See You Next Year!

To everyone who came out, donated, volunteered, or simply spread the word: thank you. GO MAX, and see you at next year’s cruise!
